Delivery and Access Policy

English via Mia is a digital product. No physical goods are shipped.
1. Digital delivery
After successful payment, users receive access to English via Mia through the website, an account, an email link, or another access method shown during checkout or sent after purchase.
In most cases, access is provided shortly after payment confirmation. In some cases, additional processing may be required.
If a free trial is offered, access during the trial is provided according to the trial terms shown at checkout. The current English via Mia trial is presented as full access during the trial. If a future trial has limited access, that limitation must be clearly shown before signup or checkout.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, "full access" means access to the paid English via Mia learning content and features that are available for your active plan or trial during the relevant access period. It does not mean lifetime access or access to every future feature.
2. Access problems
If you paid but cannot access the product, contact support@englishviamia.com.
Please include the email address used for purchase and a brief description of the issue.
If the access problem is caused by us and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
We do not intend to accept payment for access we cannot provide. If a payment succeeds but access is not delivered because of an issue caused by us, we will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide an eligible refund.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for using the correct email address and keeping your account access secure.
Paid access is personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred unless we give written permission.
4. Updates and changes
English via Mia may update, add, replace, or remove digital content and features over time as the product develops.
