Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases and subscriptions for English via Mia at https://englishviamia.com/.
English via Mia is operated by TravelAsk Limited.
1. Subscription plans
English via Mia may offer monthly, multi-month, annual, trial, promotional, or other subscription plans.
The current plan details, billing period, trial terms, renewal terms, price, first charge date, and whether the subscription renews automatically are shown on the website, pricing page, or checkout page before purchase.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period or trial period until cancelled.
2. 7-day first-purchase refund
You may request a refund within 7 days after your first purchase of English via Mia.
If your purchase includes a free trial and the checkout says there is no charge today, you should not be charged for the subscription until the first paid charge date shown at checkout. If you cancel before the trial ends, you should not be charged for that subscription. Once a paid charge has been made, the standard refund rules in this Policy apply.
To request a refund, contact support@englishviamia.com and include the email address used for purchase and any relevant payment details.
We may refuse a refund request if we reasonably believe the policy is being abused, the request is fraudulent, or the purchase is not eligible.
3. After the 7-day period
After the 7-day refund period, payments are generally non-refundable for the current billing period.
You can still cancel your subscription so that future renewals stop.
4. Exceptions
We may issue a refund outside the standard 7-day period if:
- you were charged twice for the same purchase;
- there was a technical payment error;
- you paid but did not receive access because of an issue caused by us;
- applicable law requires a refund.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management link provided after purchase or by contacting support@englishviamia.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period unless this Policy applies.
If you ask support to cancel for you, contact us before the next renewal or trial-end charge and allow reasonable time for processing. If a subscription management link is available, that is the fastest cancellation method.
6. Access after cancellation
After cancellation, you may keep access until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law.
7. Processing refunds
Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe, your bank, card network, or payment provider.
